Green Man, Obeche wood.

This Green Man is carved from 2” thick Obeche wood. It is a nice wood, that has a light yellow color.

It is 11 &1/2 X 9& 3/4 inches. Hanger is attached. Years ago, the face of a green man was quite common in Europe, particularly in the U.K. Like Gargoyles is was incorporated in the design of many buildings, including Churches, and Office buildings, as well as some houses.
